Spooky Ghost Door Doll

This was a lot of fun to make.  The pattern is from Tennessee Ridge Primitives, one of my favorite places to get a pattern from when I use one.  He is made from muslin and tea stained to look old and dirty.  I painted on some eyes and and re-stained to get the eyes to have somewhat of a weepy look. Then I draped some stained cheesecloth over him and put some tears and rips in it.  You can put more in it if you should desire.  He holds a grungy pumpkin and a few old sticks. There are two spiders on him , one on his head and one under the cheesecloth on the other side. (Hard to see in picture). There is also a chain of rusty safety pins around his neck. He is completely handmade.  Hang him on the door or wall or wherever you like.  I have him hanging with the spiderweb( purchased)  behind him.  (Included in price)

 He is really spooky looking and measures  16" by 25" and that is from the top of his head to the very bottom of the cheesecloth tails, and across the spider web.
